In the heart of Busan’s Haeundae Beach district stands the LCT Tower, also known as Haeundae LCT The Sharp. This monumental project has reshaped the city’s skyline; its main Landmark Tower reaches 411.6 meters (about 1,351 feet) and spreads over 101 floors, making it the tallest skyscraper in Busan and the second‑highest in South Korea. Two additional residential towers rise 85 floors each.

Construction began in 2015 and was completed in 2019. Renowned architects, including Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, together with specialized engineers, created a structure designed to withstand harsh marine conditions, featuring an architectural concept inspired by ocean waves and the surrounding coastal landscape.

Just like many other skyscrapers in South Korea, the complex features a mix of functions: luxury hotels, high-end residences, a shopping mall, recreational facilities (including a spa and a water park), and of course the BUSAN X the SKY observation deck. Busan X The Sky: the observation deck

The main attraction of the complex is the BUSAN X the SKY observation deck, located on floors 98–100 of the Landmark Tower. It offers a truly unique vantage point to take in Busan from above, surrounded by sky, ocean, and towering skyscrapers.

360° panoramic views: from the observation deck you can admire Haeundae Beach, the Marina City area, the Gwangandaegyo Bridge, and much more
The “Sky Cruise” elevator takes you to the 100th floor in about 56 seconds, complete with special effects that set the mood as you ascend.

Even if you’re not staying at Signiel, I highly recommend having dinner at “The View,” the hotel’s buffet restaurant, I tried it in 2025 for a special evening.
